Join conservation leaders from across Kentucky for a one-day conference at Bernheim Forest, aimed at fostering collaboration between nonprofits and state and federal agencies. This event will provide a unique opportunity to form new partnerships and strengthen existing ones. Presentations will highlight funding opportunities and explore current and future regional projects. KLTC Training - Tuesday, May 14, 2024
The KLTC will hold an in-person meeting at the Paul Sawyier Public Library in Frankfort focusing on developing successful applications for Kentucky Heritage Land Conservation Fund grants, including requirements for applications, advantageous partnerships, how to maximize KHLCF funding, and examples of successful projects. The KLTC would like to see multiple groups take advantage of this opportunity, it is important to show officials that there is a demand for conservation funding!
Additional information will be presented on the the Kentucky Ohio River Regional Recreation Authority (KORRRA) and Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP) projects that were also part of recent legislation. There will also be time to network with other conservation groups.
Annual Membership Meeting — Tuesday, November 14, 2023
KLTC Annual Membership meeting scheduled for Tuesday, November 14 in Frankfort at the Paul Sawyier Public Library Community Room, from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The speakers will address current topics of interest to the conservation community as well as a discussion of new initiatives under consideration. Your participation in that discussion is welcome and critical to the success of elevating conservation priorities in Kentucky in the coming years!
